Give team members access to line-of-business systems

This named user subscription is for those that need basic but not full functionality of line-of-business systems. The user only has limited access prescribed by IT admins.

Capabilities

• Allow team members to support and contribute on projects
• Customise what those users can see and have access to
• Customise the Team Members apps (no more than 15 entities)
• In the Customer Service Team Members app users can create, read and update cases (that they have created), interact with agents via comments, as well as search and read knowledge articles
• In the Sales Team Members app users can manage contacts and see accounts, view leads and opportunities linked to contacts and accounts, as well as add notes and tasks

Users with this licence do not have access to custom applications.
