Building upon the coverage received via our Cloud Assure Support Standard and Premium service offerings, it provides access to our helpdesk team 24x7 for those business-critical issues. Banked time is purchased in hourly blocks and called upon when you need us.

This service is paid on a yearly basis. There is a monthly payment option available too.
